Solution22 fills a business need
We began, in 2001, when Helen Ash identified a rising need for small & medium sized businesses to access professional and expert advice to support them in the development and management of their people. She recognised that for many smaller businesses the costs of employing such experts can be prohibitive.

Over its 17-year history we have established partnerships with a diverse set of clients from a number of industries. The common factor is that each business views its people as a key part of what differentiates them in the market place.
