employee relations, and HR administration.
Emma’s HR career took shape at the Financial Times, where she joined the Personnel Department and provided administrative support to both HR and Training teams. It was here that she completed her IPD qualifications and found her passion for people management. She later moved into the papermaking industry, working as an HR generalist and managing the company’s annual apprenticeship selection scheme.
In 2018, following a career break to raise her family, Emma joined Solution22 to support the implementation of GDPR legislation. Her skill, insight, and reliability made her an indispensable asset — and she has remained a core part of the team ever since.
Emma brings specialist expertise in HR administration, HR information systems, employee relations, and talent management. She manages onboarding and compliance processes for several clients and provides practical, results-driven advice on a wide range of ER matters helping managers handle workplace issues with confidence and competence. Known for her fair and impartial approach, Emma is a trusted partner in conducting workplace investigations and guiding clients through disciplinary and grievance procedures.
In addition, Emma supports Lizann on resourcing projects, using her strong interviewing and assessment skills to identify the best fit candidates.
