experience spanning retail and human resources.
Now Director at Solution22, she brings a wealth of expertise, strategic insight, and a deep commitment to people-first leadership.
Her career began in retail management with a major supermarket group before transitioning into HR, where she ultimately served as Head of HR for a respected department store group. During her 13 years in that role, Lindsey made a lasting impact by championing fairness, consistency, and employee wellbeing, while ensuring HR strategy aligned seamlessly with business objectives.
Widely recognised for her pragmatic, empathetic, and solutions-focused approach, Lindsey consistently delivers practical outcomes that support both individuals and organisations.
Having collaborated with Solution22 on numerous projects over the years, Lindsey officially joined the business in 2021 as a Senior HR Consultant. In 2024, she stepped into the role of Director, bringing with her extensive generalist HR experience and specialist expertise in complex employee relations, organisational restructures, performance management, talent development, and guiding businesses through evolving legal and operational challenges.
CIPD-qualified and experienced across a wide range of sectors, Lindsey has a proven track record of helping organisations build strong, engaged workplaces. She excels at fostering trust at all levels and is passionate about equipping managers with the tools they need to lead confidently and effectively.
