the fast-paced retail sector.
She began her career while completing her MSc in Organisational Psychology, quickly establishing a reputation for her strong capabilities in recruitment and employee relations.
Following a career break to raise her young family, Magda joined Solution 22, where she has focused on employee relations while continuing to provide comprehensive, tailored HR support to our diverse client base. Known for her practical, solution-oriented approach, she partners with businesses to navigate some of our most difficult and complex ER challenges with clarity and confidence.
